NYFW Desigual Experience
Una pausa dai look della Milano Fashion Week per raccontarvi della bellissima experience che Desigual ha fatto vivere a me ed altri blogger a New York City. Una intera giornata off duty, alla scoperta di luoghi della città ancora da me inesplorati e del loro atelier. Respirando quell’atmosfera allegra di ottimismo e positività che da sempre caratterizza il brand.
La Desigual Experience è iniziata con una passeggiata sul famosissimo ponte di Brooklyn (location di molti film e serie tv tra le mie preferite!) per scoprire al di là il quartiere Dumbo, con la sua zona hipster, i localini e le boutique vintage. Senza menzionare la vista mozzafiato su Manhattan, che siamo stati fortunati a vedere grazie alla giornata insolitamente soleggiata.
Una volta entrati nell’atelier Desigual abbiamo conosciuto la designer e blogger Misha Janette che ci ha raccontato e mostrato i capi e gli accessori da lei disegnati. Dal momento che Desigual è noto per tinte vivaci e per le sue stampe sgargianti, non c’è da sorprendersi che la sua collezione donna per la prossima primavera estate 2016 abbia letteralmente spruzzato di colore e di petali la passerella!

A break from the looks I’ve worn during Milan Fashion Week to tell you about the beautiful experience that Desigual made me and other bloggers live in New York City last September. A full day off duty, to discover places still unexplored by me and their atelier. Breathing the atmosphere of cheerful optimism and positivity that has always characterized the brand.
The Desigual Experience started with a walk on the famous Brooklyn Bridge (the location for many films and TV shows that are among my favorites!) to discover, in the other side, the Dumbo neighborhood, with its hipster area, the cafes and vintage boutiques. Not to mention the stunning view of Manhattan, we were lucky enough to see thanks to the unusually sunny day.
Once inside Desigual atelier we met the designer and blogger Misha Janette who told and showed us the clothes and accessories she had designed. Since Desigual is known for vibrant hues and flamboyant prints, it’s no surprise that their women’s collection for next spring and summer 2016 has literally sprayed color and flower petals on the runway!
