Sabato a Milano è iniziata la Settimana della Moda dedicata alle collezioni Uomo per la prossima primavera estate 2017. Per l’occasione ho scelto una bellissima camicia di lino con stampa a nuvole sui toni caldi del marrone, del sabbia e del panna che ho abbinato a un paio di pantaloni, sempre in lino, panna. Il lino infatti è il tessuto che prediligo in questa stagione, un tessuto che trovo sempre elegante. Tanto da non rendere necessario indossare una giacca, sicuramente anche a causa dell’ondata di afa arrivata quel giorno in città. Come scarpe ho optato per un paio di mocassini in pelle naturale con l’iconica medusa di Versace, acquistati da poco su Zalando (mancavano nella mia collezione di scarpe un paio di questa tonalità e finalmente li ho trovati)! Last Saturday in Milan officially started Milan Men’s Fashion Week. For the first day of shows dedicated to next spring summer collections I put up an outfit made by a beautiful linen shirt with printed clouds in the warm shades of brown, sand and cream that I paired with a pair of pants, always in linen, in color cream. Linen is the fabric that I prefer this season, a fabric that I always find elegant and classy. It doesn’t make it necessary to wear a jacket, certainly also because of the wave of sultry weather arrived that day in the city. For shoes I opted for a pair of moccasins made of natural leather with the iconic Versace medusa, purchased recently on Zalando (I needed in my collection of shoes a pair of this shade and finally I found them)! Mentre cerco di riprendermi da questo week-end decisamente molto impegnativo, vi mostro un look dall’anima rock che ho indossato durante il mio secondo giorno di MFW, per andare alla meravigliosa sfilata di Emilio Pucci.

Ho scelto capi icona del mood rockabilly, rivisitati però in chiave più attuale e moderna. Di tendenza anche per questo autunno 2015, la camicia tartan è ormai un assoluto must-have di ogni guardaroba, femminile e maschile (chi non ne possiede almeno una?). Io ho scelto un modello diverso dai soliti che si vedono in giro: oversized, senza colletto e con enormi bottoni a clips color argento invecchiato. Al di sopra non il classico chiodo, ma una giacca over di pelle con interno in lana ton sur ton, che trovo perfetta in questa stagione per ripararsi dai primi freddi. Per bilanciare i capi dalle linee maxi indossati nella parte alta del corpo, ho infilato un paio di jeans neri dal taglio dritto e un paio di stivaletti Chelsea che aderiscono al piede come un guanto.

While I’m struggling to get over this very intense weekend, I want to show you a rock look I wore during my 2nd day of MFW, to go to the wonderful Emilio Pucci’s fashion show.

I chose the basic pieces that speak to the rockabilly aesthetic, but revisited in a modern way. A tartan shirt is now an absolute must-have for any wardrobe, both women and men (who doesn’t own at least one?). I chose a model slightly different from the usual that you see in the shops: oversized, collarless and with huge buttons in color antique silver. Bigger the better even for the jacket, not the classic moto jacket, but an oversized one in black leather with tone on tone wool interior, which I find perfect for this season to shelter from the cold weather. To balance the large pieces of clothing I was wearing in the upper part of the body, I put on a pair of black straight leg jeans and a pair of Chelsea boots that fit like a glove.

L'articolo Milan Fashion Week 2015 day 2 sembra essere il primo su DECISIONS ARE DECISIONS.

Oggi vi mostro il look indossato durante il mio quarto giorno di New York Fashion Week, che è stata un’altra giornata indimenticabile: dopo aver assistito al fashion show di DVF, mi sono concesso una pausa pranzo al Chelsea Market a base di tanto buon sushi e tante chiacchiere con i miei amici Laura, Clara e Gianluca.

Non vedevo l’ora di creare un outfit basato su questa camicia multicolor, un pezzo vintage che ho scovato in un negozietto a Brooklyn e che ho scelto di indossare completamente abbottonata fino al collo e con le maniche arrotolate. Sotto sono riuscito ad abbinarla facilmente con un semplice pantalone chino blu e, come scarpe, un modello di Lotto Sport verde bottiglia, con lacci e suola verde acido a contrasto. Per completare il look ho aggiunto degli indispensabili occhiali da sole ultra leggeri, con una montatura dorata molto fine e lenti grigio chiaro a specchio.

Today I want to show you the outfit I’ve chosen to wear for my New York Fashion Week Day 4, which was another beautiful day: after having attended DVF fashion show, I had a lunch break at the Chelsea Market, eating very good sushi while chatting with my friends Laura, Clara and Gianluca.

I was dying to put on this multicolor shirt, a vintage piece that I found in a boutique in Brooklyn and I decided to wear completely buttoned up and with the sleeves rolled up. I easily styled it up with a simple blue chino pants and, as for shoes, a pair of Lotto Sport sneakers in bottle green colour, with acid green laces and sole. To complete the look I added an essential accessory: a pair of ultra-light sunglasses, with a very fine gold frame and and gray mirrored lenses.

Appena terminata la Settimana della Moda Uomo a Milano, mi sono dedicato a tanti progetti, tra cui la New York Fashion Week.

Io e la mia amica e blogger Laura oggi finalmente partiremo in direzione JFK per assistere alla nostra prima Mercedes Benz New York Fashion Week.

La Grande Mela è una città che conosco benissimo, ci sono stato tante volte anche per mesi,  tornarci ora per lavoro sarà ancora un’esperienza diversa.

Tra i tanti impegni, ci saranno le sfilate di Desigual, Custo Barcelona, Alexander Wang, ma spero di trovare del tempo libero per incontrare un pò di amici .

Sicuramente non rinuncerò alle mie passeggiate nei quartieri di Nolita, East Village e Soho, magari rilassandomi al Gitane Cafè in Spring Street.

Ora torno a preparare le valigie, che tra un pò si parte e vi lascio delle mie foto Street Style a Milano con Laura .

Press is always a pleasure and being featured on GQ China in the Streetstyle selection makes me very proud.

China is still my second home, and even if I am trying to live in Milan, I can’t wait to fly back there.

During fashion week between fashion shows all the IT boys and girls get crazy about streetstyle shots, sometimes looks too much, but trust me is super fun time.

Devo ammettere che è sempre piacevole essere pubblicato sui magazine internazionali. Essere presente nella Street-style selection di GQ China mi rende davvero orgoglioso.

La Cina è ancora la mia seconda casa, ed anche ora che vivo a Milano, non aspetto che tornare in Asia.

Durante la Fashion Week, tutti gli influencers, bloggers e IT boys e girls impazziscono tra i milioni di scatti streetstyle, a volte sembra esagerato, ma credetemi alla fine è anche divertente.
