Nell’ultimo periodo, ovvero da quando ho deciso di partecipare al talent show DANCE DANCE DANCE (di cui trovate tutti i dettagli e la data di messa in onda QUI), tra sessioni di allenamento e prove non ho avuto molti momenti liberi. Lately, especially since I have decided to take part at DANCE DANCE DANCE talent show, between training sessions and rehearsals I have not had a lot of free time. Lo scorso 4 Marzo è finalmente sbarcata in Italia The Good Life, la rivista francese ideata da Laurent Blanc nel 2011, capace di fondere news di attualità economica globale con il mondo “lifestyle”. Due generi che, compenetrandosi, hanno dato alla luce un progetto unico. Un progetto che rompe gli schemi delle testate maschili convenzionali, proponendo una diversità di contenuti curiosi, proposti in maniera leggera e approfondita.

Forte del successo in patria, dove è stata eletta miglior rivista dell’anno 2012, The Good Life è stata esportata prima in Cina ed è ora finalmente al suo debutto anche in Italia. Ogni due mesi, oltre 300 pagine di immagini e grafiche accattivanti più tanti approfondimenti e punti di vista sull’economia ed il business, le persone di successo, la scienza e la tecnologia, l’arte contemporanea, il design e l’architettura, la musica, i film e le serie tv, i viaggi, la moda, le auto, le barche e le moto…  Un mix eclettico, per una visione a trecentosessanta gradi del mondo. Tanto che a me pare un libro, più che una rivista. Sfogliando il primo numero italiano ne ho apprezzato la suddivisione in diverse sezioni, che offrono una lettura piacevole e ancora più fluida. Interessante il reportage su 25 ore a Sidney, che mi ha fatto venire una gran voglia di ritornarci! Non mancavano consigli pratici e indirizzi segreti, da appuntarmi sulle note del mio iPhone. Come la Soho House di Istanbul, le cui immagini mi hanno fatto rivivere le emozioni vissute la scorsa estate, quando mi ritrovavo con gli amici a trascorrere quasi ogni sera in quel luogo incantato. Stimolante anche la lettura dell’intervista a Rosalba Bonaccorsi, brillante mente femminile del nostro Paese arrivata fino alla Nasa per studiare segni di vita su Marte. Per i curiosi, The Good Life soddisfa pienamente il desiderio di tenersi informati e aggiornati.

Una scommessa, quella di uscire con una rivista cartacea, oltre che in piena era digitale, in un periodo di crisi, anche dell’editoria, per me già vinta.

Sono onorato di essere stato scelto come ambassador per parlare di questo bellissimo progetto, che sento veramente tanto vicino a me, alla mia personalità e a quelli che sono i miei interessi e le mie passioni. #01 dell’edizione italiana The Good Life, il nuovo magazine maschile di business e lifestyle estremamente coinvolgente, si trova in tutte le edicole dal 4 Marzo 2016, in attesa del secondo numero previsto per il prossimo 29 aprile.

Finally last March 4th finally arrived in Italy The Good Life, the French magazine conceived by Laurent Blanc in 2011, that mixes global economic news with the “lifestyle” world. Two genres that, intermingling, gave birth to a unique project. A project that breaks the mold of conventional men’s magazines, offering a diversity of interesting contents, proposed in a light but depth way.

After a strong domestic success (named Best Magazine of the year 2012), The Good Life was exported first to China and is now finally making it debut in Italy. Every two months, more than 300 pages of images and eye-catching graphics plus many insights and perspectives on the economy and business, successful people, science and technology, contemporary art, design and architecture, music, movies and TV series, travel, fashion, cars, boats and motorcycles… An eclectic mix, for a vision of the world in three hundred and sixty degrees. So much that it seems to me like a book, more than a magazine. Leafing through the first Italian number I appreciated the division into different sections, which provide a true pleasant and fluid reading. Interesting the reportage of 25 hours in Sydney, that gave me a great desire to come back there! There was no lack of practical tips and secret addresses, I immediately wrote on the notes of my iPhone. As the Soho House in Istanbul, whose images have made me relive the emotions experienced last summer, when I found myself spend almost every night in that enchanted place with my turkish friends. Also stimulating the interview with Rosalba Bonaccorsi, brilliant female mind of our country came up to Nasa to study signs of life on Mars. For the curious, The Good Life fulfills the desire to be informed and updated.

A bet, the one to release a paper magazine now, in the digital age and in a time of crisis, also in the publishing sector, already won in my opinion.

I am honored to have been chosen as ambassador to talk about this wonderful project, I really feel so close to me, my personality, and those who are my interests and my passions. #01 Italian issue of The Good Life, the new extremely addictive men’s business and lifestyle magazine, has been out at all newsagents since March 4th, 2016, waiting for the second issue scheduled for next April 29th.
