Oggi vi scrivo direttamente dalla mia soleggiata Napoli, dove mi fermerò qualche giorno per una breve sosta prima dei progetti e dei viaggi che mi aspettano, in modo da passare un po’ di tempo con la mia famiglia e i miei amici. Dopo avervi proposto un look pensato per i giorni di pioggia (potete trovarlo qui: http://www.robertoderosa.com/milan-fashion-week-2015-day-6/), oggi ve ne mostro uno per andare in ufficio o a un appuntamento di lavoro in queste tiepide giornate in cui ancora splende il sole.

Il dilemma del look autunnale da ufficio è infatti alle porte, ma non facciamoci prendere dal panico! Con i capi e gli accessori giusti, reinventarsi ogni giorno e sentirsi chic anche a lavoro non sarà più un’impresa. Le tendenze per questo autunno lo confermano: riscrivi le regole sostituendo ai classici pantaloni un denim scuro per un look spezzato. Abbinali a un blazer destrutturato di un colore scuro, magari blu navy come il mio, doppiopetto, portato aperto e con le maniche leggermente arrotolate. Al di sotto non può mancare una camicia, monocolore o a righe. Punta poi su accessori colorati per dare luce al look: una cravatta a fiori multi color su sfondo rosso borgogna e un orologio con quadrante nello stesso colore. Perché sono i dettagli che creano lo stile. Scarpe leggere e confortevoli per essere al top tutta la giornata, come le sneakers che indosso io oppure un paio di più classici mocassini.

Today I’m writing to you directly from my sunny Naples, where I’ going to stay a few days for a short break before the projects and trips that are waiting for me. I needed to spend some quality time with my family and my friends! After having showed a look meant for rainy days (you can find it here: http://www.robertoderosa.com/milan-fashion-week-2015-day-6/), today I want to show you a one to go to the office or to a business meeting in these warm days where the sun still shines.

The dilemma of the autumn office look is upon us, but don’t panic! With the right garments and accessories, it’ll be easy to create every day looks and feel chic even at work. The trends for this autumn is all about this: replacing the classic pants with dark denim. Pair them with a blazer in a dark color, maybe navy blue like mine, double breasted, and wear it open and with the sleeves slightly rolled up. Below you need a classic shirt, monocolor or striped. Then add some colorful accessories to give light to the look: a floral tie with a base of burgundy red and a watch with the dial in the same color. Because are details that create the style. For shoes, choose something light and comfortable to walk in all day, like some sneakers, as I wore, or a pair of classic loafers.

Come vestirsi con la pioggia? Questo uno dei tanti dilemmi che mi hanno attanagliato durante la Settimana della Moda milanese. In particolare la mattina dell’ultimo giorno, in cui per la prima volta ho sentito l’esigenza di ripararmi dalla pungente aria autunnale e dall’umidità.

Per un look impeccabile anche quando le temperature sono incerte, la soluzione ideale è indossare un classico trench o, come ho fatto io, una giacca sagomata in tessuto tecnico impermeabile. Un capo casual chic abbinabile tanto su un completo elegante, per andare in ufficio o un appuntamento di lavoro, quanto su abiti più informali, per un brunch o un aperitivo con gli amici. Inoltre, non essendo prettamente da pioggia, a differenza dei sicuramente meno eleganti k-way, può essere tenuto addosso anche dopo che è passato il temporale senza il rischio di apparire fuori luogo.

Nelle foto mi vedete indossare un look giocato sui toni scuri del nero e del grigio antracite, non senza un dettaglio di colore nei polsini della giacca risvoltati che mostrano il tessuto viola della fodera interna. Al di sotto, una basica maglia nera, un pantalone elegante grigio antracite e un paio di New Balance dello stesso colore. Ecco un perfetto outfit da pioggia per affrontare le piovose giornate autunnali a prova di goccia.

How to dress for rainy day? This is one of the many dilemmas that I had to solve during past Milan Fashion Week day 6. Specially in the morning of the last day, when for the first time I felt the need to shelter from the cold autumn air.

For a flawless look even when temperatures are uncertain, the ideal solution is to wear a classic trench or, as I did, a waterproof jacket. It has a casual chic vibe, so you can match it both with elegant suits, for heading to the office or to a business meeting, and with more informal clothes, for a brunch or a drink with friends. A jacket like mine can be worn even after the storm without the risk of appearing out of place.

In the photos you see me wearing a look played on the dark tones of black and charcoal gray, with a pop of color in the cuffs of the jacket that I rolled up showing the purple fabric liner. Underneath my jacket I threw on a basic black sweater, an elegant charcoal gray pair of trousers and New Balance sneakers of the same color.

L'articolo Milan Fashion Week 2015 day 6 sembra essere il primo su DECISIONS ARE DECISIONS.

Dopo un venerdì sera in discoteca con gli amici, ho dedicato il mio sabato ad una sola sfilata, quella di Ermanno Scervino, e poi alla ricerca di un nuovo appartamento in cui andare ad abitare qui a Milano. Mi vedete con un outfit super casual in cui indosso uno dei trend che più piacciono ultimamente: il denim on denim (se volete, trovate altri look in cui indosso questo stile qui: New York Fashion Week Day 2 e Denim su denim). Questa volta ho scelto una camicia di jeans bianca su un classico blue jeans appena risvoltato alla caviglia. Pezzo forte del look è il mio nuovo bomber di Bencivenga. Questo modello di giacca è di gran moda quest’anno, sia in versione college sia in versione più chic. Io ne ho scelto uno con una stampa dal mood perfetto per questa stagione: foglie verdi e gialle per celebrare l’autunno appena incominciato. Come scarpe indossavo un paio di nuovissime Adidas Tubular in un insolito verde scuro, che richiama i colori del bomber.

After a friday night out clubbing with friends, I spent my Saturday going to only one fashion show, Ermanno Scervino’s one, and then looking for a new apartment here in Milan. In the pictures you see me wearing a super casual outfit with one of the latest trend I like the most: denim on denim (if you want, you will find others look with this style here: New York Fashion Week Day 2 and Denim on denim). This time I chose a white denim shirt over a classic blue jeans, rolled up at the ankle. Highlight of the look is my new bomber jacket by Bencivenga. This style of jacket is seen everywhere this year, in different models: college, sporty or in more elegant fabrics. I I chose one with a print that is perfect for the season: green and yellow leaves to celebrate the start of the autumn season. For shoes, my brand new Adidas Tubular in an unusual dark green that recalls the colors of the jacket.

L'articolo Milan Fashion Week 2015 Day 3 sembra essere il primo su DECISIONS ARE DECISIONS.

Dopo aver indossato due look decisamente casual per le mie prime giornate di fashion week newyorkese, uno total black e uno double denim (che potete vedere cliccando qui: New York Fashion Week Day 1 e Day 2), per il terzo giorno ho virato decisamente sul bon ton, su quell’eleganza sartoriale tipicamente italiana che mi fa sentire a mio agio in ogni occasione. La terza giornata di fashion week, infatti, è stata una giornata ancora più intensa delle altre: Laura ed io avevamo l’agenda fitta di appuntamenti e di sfilate, BCBG e Tibi tra le altre.

Ho scelto uno splendido completo smoking blu navy di Bencivenga Couture, con le revers della giacca nere a contrasto, che mi veste perfettamente. Sotto, la classica camicia bianca mentre, ai piedi, ho deciso di smorzare l’eleganza del look con le mie nuovissime Nike Zoom. Come accessorio ho indossato occhiali da sole con montatura tartarugata e lenti fumè azzurre, che riprendono perfettamente i colori del foulard vintage che ho deciso di legare intorno al collo, e che nel corso della giornata si è rivelato persino utile per proteggermi dal vento che si era alzato sulla città.

Infine, il pezzo forte del mio look: uno zaino di pelle morbidissima MCM , blue , ma con il dettaglio della tasca metallizzata sul davanti, che mi ha fatto impazzire dal primo momento in cui l’ho visto!

After having put together two casual looks for my first days of New York Fashion Week, a total black one and a double denim (which you can see by clicking here: New York Fashion Week Day 1 and Day 2), for the third day I opted for a more elegant outfit, that makes me feel confident on every occasion. The third day of fashion week, in fact, was a day even more intense than the others: Laura and I had our agenda full of events and fashion shows, BCBG and Tibi among others.

I chose a midnight blue tuxedo by Bencivenga Couture, with black lapels, that fits me beautifully. Below, I wore the classic white shirt while, for shoes, I decided to soften the look with my brand new Nike Zoom. As for accessories I wore a pair of sunglasses sunglasses with tortoiseshell frames and blue lenses, that matched perfectly the colors of the vintage scarf that I decided to tie around my neck, which after that day turned out to be useful to protect me from the wind that started blowing.

Finally, a new staple of my wardrobe: the softest beautiful backpack I’ever purchased! It’s from MCM(which i Love it ), and it has the detail of the metallic pocket on the front that I absolutely loved from the first second I’ve seen it!

L'articolo New York Fashion Week Day 3 sembra essere il primo su DECISIONS ARE DECISIONS.

Parola d’ordine del mio terzo giorno di Fashion Week milanese: mix & match. Scegliere capi di stili, materiali o colori differenti e fonderli insieme per creare un look unico dagli effetti sorprendenti. Così ho fatto io per il mio look: ho abbinato una camicia dalla stampa floreale con un pantalone dal taglio sartoriale a quadretti, di Bencivenga Couture. Entrambi i capi hanno una base di colore blu, come la scarpa che ho scelto di indossare: il paio di mocassini più morbidi che possiedo, con un motivo di pelle intrecciata di Alberto Guardiani.

Nelle foto con me la mia amica Laura, insieme alla quale mi sono recato alla sfilata di Gucci, tra le mie preferite di tutta la settimana della moda.

Watchword of my third day of Milan Fashion Week: mix & match. Choose pieces of garment that are different in styles, materials, colors or patterns and blend them together to create a unique look with surprising effects. So here’s what I did for my MFW day 3 outfit: I paired a floral print shirt with a checkered pants, by Bencivenga Couture. Both leaders have a base of blue, like the shoes I chose to wear: the softest loafers I have in my closet, with a pattern of woven leather by Alberto Guardiani.

L'articolo MFW Day 3 sembra essere il primo su DECISIONS ARE DECISIONS.

Oggi vi mostro il look indossato durante la seconda giornata dedicata alla moda uomo della passata Fashion Week milanese. Le foto mi sono state scattate dopo che ho avuto il piacere di essere spettatore della sfilata di Missoni, che ho adorato per le silhouette rilassate, i tagli morbidi, la classica maglieria leggerissima e le tonalità potenti di colore. Per il mio outfit, ho scelto di interpretare quello che sarà uno dei trend più ricorrenti della prossima stagione: le righe. Il mio pantalone non passa di certo inosservato, anche per via dell’accostamento dei colori brillanti, bianco e verde smeraldo. Ho abbinato poi una camicia di lino vintage, molto ampia e di un colore che ricorda il blue jeans. Ai miei piedi un paio di sneakers basic bianche in edizione limitata di Church’s.

Today I wanna show you the look I wore during the second day of last Milan Fashion Week. The pics were taken after I had the pleasure of being a spectator of the Missoni fashion show, which I really love. Relaxed silhouettes, classic knitwear and beautiful shades of colour. For MFW day 2 I decided to focus the attention on one of the biggest trends for the upcoming season: stripes. I loved this pants because of the bright colors, white and emerald green. I paired them with a vintage blue shirt and a pair of basic white sneakers in limited edition by Church’s.

L'articolo MFW Day 2 sembra essere il primo su DECISIONS ARE DECISIONS.

Per il secondo giorno del Pitti ho scelto un altro completo sartoriale di Bencivenga, di cui apprezzo molto la qualità e la cura dei dettagli. Indosso un abito che trovo molto elegante, composta da giacca e pantalone a quadretti, su base blu. Per dare un tocco di colore ho abbinato il completo ad una camicia di una fantasia molto particolare, con tante renne stampate sopra. Ai piedi le mie irrinunciabili Adidas Supercolor blu a completare il look.

For Pitti Day 2 I chose another tailored suit by Bencivenga, a brand I love for the quality and the attention for the details. I wore a blue checked jacket and pant and to add a pop of colour I added a shirt with a funny print, made of tiny little reindeers. And of course I wore my Adidas Supercolor sneakers in blue to match the look.

L'articolo Pitti Day 2 sembra essere il primo su DECISIONS ARE DECISIONS.

Oggi vi mostro il look che ho indossato per il primo giorno di Pitti Immagine Uomo. La scorsa settimana, insieme ad altri influencer, sono stato ospite a Firenze tra le Pitti Social People e ho potuto scoprire in anteprima i trend della prossima primavera/estate 2016. Sono stati tre giorni molto intensi, in cui ho respirato aria di novità e di ricerca e in cui ho potuto conoscere dal vivo le persone che muovono davvero gli ingranaggi del sistema moda.

La prima giornata è praticamente volata, ho camminato tra i vari stand soffermandomi in particolare nel padiglione North Sails. Qui ho potuto scoprire la filosofia del brand, le novità e scegliere un total look, che vi ho già mostrato in un precedente post (se ve lo siete perso cliccate qui per vederlo!).

Ho scelto un look sartoriale napoletano di Bencivenga, abbinando un completo giacca e pantalone a righe con una camicia floreale.  Ho completato il look con un morbidissimo paio di mocassini di pelle intrecciata blu di Guardiani. Le consiglio a chi cerca una scarpa elegante ma comoda al tempo stesso, compromesso non sempre facile da trovare.

Today I want to show you the look I wore for the first day of Pitti Immagine Uomo fair. Last week, me and other influencers were invited in Florence as Pitti Social People and we could discover a preview of the trends for the future spring/summer 2016 collection. 

The first day was crazy, I walked through the many many stands, stopping for a while a the North Sails pavilion. There I discovered the brand philosophy and the brand news, and I also had the chance to choose a total look, that I have already shown you in a previous post (if you missed it, click here to read it!).

For Pitti Day 1 I wore a tailored look by Bencivenga, consisted of a matching striped jacket and trousers with a floral shirt underneath it. I completed the look with a pair of woven leather moccasins by Guardiani. No pain walking with them, I really recommend this shoes to everyone who’s in the market for a stylish yet comfortable shoe.
